Mr. Stull founded Port Logistics Group in 2008 with multiple acquisitions to launch this new business. During 2007 he was a CEO-in-Residence with Austin Ventures, one of the nation's leading venture and growth capital firms with over $3.8 billion of capital under management. Bob worked with the team at Austin Ventures to evaluate supply chain investments and complete the research and background work necessary to eventually launch PLG.
Prior to that, Bob was the former President and CEO of Roadway Express, one of the largest transportation companies in the United States. He accepted an entry level position with the company and progressed through the ranks over 27 years to become President of the $3 billion enterprise.
Prior to being President, Bob served as Vice President of New Venture Commerce in Roadway Corporation where he was responsible for diversifying and growing the company's portfolio of business, broadening its network of strategic partnerships and launching new products.
He serves as a member of the advisory council of the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University. Bob received his BA from Miami University of Ohio.
Mr. Stephens has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology with a broad exposure to several industries. He has 10 years of IT experience in the transportation industry in senior positions with global companies exceeding $3 billion in revenue. His background includes founding a Help Desk software company as well as consulting on global IT strategy. He has extensive international experience with a broad exposure to Asia. Jim received his BBA from Texas State University, with a focus in Computer Information Services.
Mr. Wolpov is responsible for national sales efforts, business development, and managing strategic alliances. Previously Jeff was Founder and CEO of Distribution Solutions and Jefco, a leading distribution company in New Jersey, and one of the initial platform companies of PLG. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Mr. Page has over 20 years of experience as CFO and COO. Most recently he was CFO of an $850 million transportation company, Quality Distribution (NASDAQ:QLTY). In addition, he spent a number of years with several large apparel manufacturing/distribution companies and was the CFO of a successful start up in the industrial gas distribution business. He has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Mr. Bletko has over 25 years of experience in transportation logistics that spans executive level responsibilities in large transportation, retail and wholesale organizations. He has also advised and consulted companies in various industries on supply chain strategies and efficiencies. Michael is a graduate of Oregon State University and received his MBA from the University of Washington.
Mrs. Corn has over 20 years of experience leading the Human Resources function for major corporations in Houston, TX. Most recently she was responsible for the HR function for a large division of a Fortune 50 distribution company. Additionally, she has held leading HR roles for a Fortune 200 oil and gas transportation company. Brenda has served as a consultant to senior executives in areas such as succession planning, executive pay, employment related litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and employee benefits design. She has a BA from Texas State University.
Ms. Drazetic has over 15 years experience in engineering, engineering management, and engineering services in distribution and transportation industries. She held the Director of Engineering and Project Management position for a $3 billion transportation organization and most recently was the Director of Customer Engineering for a $500 million tire distributor. She has a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Organizational Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
Mr. Oppenheim has been in the distribution logistics business for over 20 years. Prior to PLG, he was a Vice President of Sales of the Gilbert Company. In addition to heading up sales and marketing, Barry also held positions in IT including the areas of customer systems implementation, and new technology processes. Mr. Oppenheim started his career in the apparel industry where he began in operations and moved into Information Technology. Barry graduated with honors from Boston University with a BS in Operations Management.
